This could be to switch the menu that you are on or to start looking at other ways to measure your weight loss. There are times that the scales will remain the same but your body shape will still be changing; consider taking measurements of your chest, waist and hips to determine whether you have actually dropped a dress size.</p>
<p>Do not becoming disheartened when you find that you have not lost weight for a number of weeks. This does not mean that the plan is not working; it just means that your body has gotten used to it and you need to change something.</p>

They are explained in the book and the reason for them is. Rob will tell you in his own meaningful way.</p>
<p>There is also diet and meal plans in this very informative 158 eBook that is a reasonable price for what you are getting. The dieting information starts out by talking to you about the way the foods help you or hurt you as far as weight loss are concerned. Rob does spend a bit of time on the micronutrients, such as vitamins and minerals that our bodies use to burn the fat naturally. So the idea behind this is that we should not spend a lot of time measuring foods, like other programs, we should start to focus on the foods with the right nutrients.</p>
<p>By eating the right kinds of nutrient rich foods, you are automatically eating fewer calories and fueling your body the right way. This, in turn, makes your body a fat burning machine. You can actually ensure that you are burning fat even when you are sleeping! It is all explained in the book that has been said by many to be the best weight loss and exercise book on the Internet!</p>
